ABOUT US
I can remember from an early age always being surrounded by home cooked food and delectable desserts filled with love. Anyone who visited my grandma, who everyone affectionately called “Sister”, knew they could always come to her home to be fed, physically and emotionally. She and my aunt, who we all called “Cookie”, made sure that every holiday we had an abundance of delicious food to share along with lots of love and laughter. And this is where I acquired my love for baking. I bought my very first cookbook from a Scholastic book fair at the age of 9. I've been in the kitchen baking ever since! I love the way food and desserts bring people together. Good food can break down communication barriers, nourish the body, and soothe the soul. That is what Sister & Cookie's hopes to do for you.
